刘斯奇 ( Siqi Liu )

博士生导师

研究方向:大规模多系统的重组蛋白质的表达和纯化,大规模高通量的蛋白质分离和分析实验,蛋白质的鉴定和修饰信号的分析等。

简    历:

      刘斯奇,男,54岁,现任中国科学院北京基因组研究所研究员,中国科学院研究生院教授,中国蛋白质组学会副主任。1994年毕业于德克萨斯大学医学部(University of Texas Medical Branch)生物及人类遗传系,并获得生物及分子生物学博士。1998年—2004年,任University of Louisuile医学系和生物化学系助理教授。2005年回国,加入中国科学院北京基因组所。长期以来一直从事基因表达的调控及基因产物、结构与功能的研究,尤其是有关非胰岛素依赖性糖尿病的基因及其调控。承担了若干国家和中科院有关蛋白质组的科研项目,在国内外重要学术刊物上发表文章70余篇。

主要研究领域:
    
      中国科学院北京基因组研究所蛋白质组学项目组成立于2001年。目前由四个以技术为导向的实验室组成:重组蛋白质及抗体实验室,从事大规模多系统的重组蛋白质的表达和纯化,拥有细菌、酵母、昆虫和哺乳细胞等各种表达系统和Akata蛋白纯化设备,具有完成从抗原生产到多克隆抗体及单克隆抗体的制备、鉴定的一系列的抗体研制工作;蛋白质分离实验室,从事大规模高通量的蛋白质分离和分析实验,拥有完整的双向电泳系统、高效液相(含有毛细管液相)色谱系统和高分辨率的图像分析系统;生物质谱实验室和生物芯片实验室,从事蛋白质的鉴定和修饰信号的分析,拥有芯片点样仪和五台质谱仪,包括两台MALDI- TOF、两台LC-MS/MS和一台MALDI-TOF/TOF;细胞生物学实验室,从事原代细胞和细胞系的培养、药物处理、细胞动力学以及细胞形态学的实验,拥有超净的细胞培养工作室和荧光显微镜图像分析系统。随着技术的发展,亚细胞水平的蛋白质组、相互作用蛋白质组、定量蛋白质组和修饰蛋白质组等已成为该中心的重要研究手段。

      项目组一直承担着国家的若干蛋白质组研究项目,包括863计划、973计划、科技部重大项目、北京市科委项目、中科院创新基金和国家自然科学基金等。在现阶段,项目组有四个主要研究方向:正常人肝脏蛋白质表达谱的研究、中国常见肿瘤的生物标记物的研究、超级杂交水稻主要组织蛋白质组研究和极端微生物的蛋白质组分析。
