Current work
1. Development of new methods and technique for high-throughput, sensitive identification of protein complex, membrane protein, potential protein biomarkers and low abundant proteins from biological sample. We also focus on the discovery and identification of potential protein biomarkers.
2. Development of new methods and technique for high-throughput, sensitive identification of post-translational modification, including protein phosphorylation, glycosylation. We also focus on the study on histone modifications.
3. Development of new methods and technique for quantatitive proteomics and targeted proteomics. We also focus on the application of quantatitive proteomics in biology.
